Effective date: 2026
EMPIRE Partners, LLC ("EMPIRE," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through empirepartners.net, our Path to Mastery quiz, newsletter, call booking, and related marketing communications. It also covers information we receive through our podcast website, coachingequation.com.
Our website markets our services but does not accept payments or enroll visitors in paid memberships. Client services and client-only recordings are addressed in the applicable client agreements and notices. Independent platforms may also explain their own handling of information in their privacy policies.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, quiz responses, and information you choose to provide about your business, goals, or challenges. We also receive messages, appointment notes, newsletter subscriptions, and requests you send us. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information about someone else in these fields.
Information collected automatically. Our website and advertising tools may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, pages visited, interactions, referring links, and advertising or campaign information. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies help collect this information.
Information from platforms. Scheduling, quiz, email, and advertising providers may give us information about your interactions, quiz results, campaign performance, or whether a communication reached you or prompted a response.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule and manage calls; provide quiz results and related guidance; deliver requested newsletters and communications; send marketing where permitted and obtain consent where required; measure and improve our website and campaigns; manage advertising audiences; maintain security and records; and meet legal obligations or protect our rights.
Quiz answers help us generate scores and business-stage or service recommendations. These results are educational guidance based on your responses, not a guarantee of business performance or a substitute for professional advice.
Who receives information
Service providers help us operate our website, forms, scheduling, CRM, email, text messaging, quiz, and podcast services. These include GoHighLevel and ScoreApp, as applicable to the feature you use. Providers receive information needed for their services, subject to the applicable arrangements. Advertising partners, including Meta and Google, receive information as described below and may also process information under their own policies.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information at your direction.
Advertising and audience matching
We use Meta and Google advertising tools, including pixels, retargeting, and audience matching. These tools can receive identifiers and information about website activity. We also upload email addresses and phone numbers to advertising platforms to match contacts with platform users and deliver or measure EMPIRE advertising. Matching may use hashed identifiers; hashing does not necessarily make the information anonymous.
Depending on the law and the arrangement, advertising disclosures may be considered a sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising. We do not characterize all advertising disclosures as exempt from those definitions simply because no money changes hands.
Consent to receive text messages is separate from advertising audience matching. We do not provide text-message opt-in records or consent records to advertising platforms. Our texting providers may process those records to operate the messaging service. Phone-number audience matching is a separate use described above.
Your advertising and cookie choices
Use the website’s cookie or privacy controls to manage the advertising technologies covered by those controls. Choices may apply to a particular browser or device and may need to be renewed if you clear cookies or change browsers.
To request that we stop using your email address or phone number for advertising audience matching, or to opt out of disclosures that qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, email [email protected] with the subject “Advertising opt out.” We will apply your request to the information we can reasonably associate with you and take applicable steps with our advertising providers. Browser controls alone may not identify you on an uploaded audience list.
Where applicable law requires, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal and associated information as required. You can also use browser settings and the advertising preferences offered by Meta and Google. Opting out does not eliminate all advertising; you may still see ads that are not based on these activities.
Email and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by emailing [email protected]. We process requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. We may still send nonmarketing communications needed to respond to you or manage an appointment.
If you separately consent, we send automated marketing and appointment text messages from EMPIRE Partners, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact [email protected] to request help or revoke consent. See the Text messages section of our Terms and Conditions for additional details.
External websites
Links to independent websites and platforms do not make their privacy practices ours. Review their notices before providing information. When a third-party tool collects information on our behalf, this policy continues to describe EMPIRE’s handling of that information.
Privacy requests and state rights
You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, a portable copy, or an end to marketing and advertising uses. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to us, you may have additional rights, including information about disclosures to third parties and an opt-out from certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The availability of statutory rights and exceptions depends on applicable law.
We will verify identity or an agent’s authority when reasonably necessary and permitted, using information proportionate to the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law allows. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out when the law prohibits it, though we may need enough information to apply your request.
We aim to respond to privacy requests within 45 days and will meet any shorter applicable deadline. If an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain the reason and revised timing. We may retain or withhold information when an applicable exception permits or requires it and will explain a denial as required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will explain our decision within the applicable deadline. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about contacting the relevant state attorney general or other regulator where required. You may also contact the appropriate regulator directly.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We consider the nature of the information, our relationship with you, the last interaction, operational needs, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or protect rights. Inquiry and quiz information supports follow-up; communication preferences and consent records help us respect your choices; limited suppression records help prevent renewed marketing after an opt-out. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, subject to routine backup cycles and applicable retention requirements.
Security and location
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee complete security. We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Children
Our website and marketing are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through these features. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when we revise this policy and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required. A policy update does not itself supply consent where separate consent is required.
