EMPIRE Accessibility Statement

EMPIRE Partners, LLC is working to make empirepartners.net and its connected quiz and booking experiences accessible to people with disabilities. We want visitors to be able to read our information, navigate our pages, and contact us using the tools that work for them.

Our accessibility target

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have not completed a formal accessibility audit and are not claiming full conformance. We are arranging an accessibility review and will use its findings to guide improvements.

Our current work

Our review will address keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, form labels and instructions, text alternatives for meaningful images, color contrast, and captions or other appropriate alternatives for media. We will prioritize barriers that prevent people from accessing information, completing the quiz, signing up for communications, or booking a call.

Some features use third-party platforms. We will raise identified accessibility problems with those providers and work with visitors to provide an accessible way to complete the relevant task. We will update this statement as the review and improvements progress.

Request help or report a barrier

Email [email protected]. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what prevented you from doing it. You may also tell us your browser, device, or assistive technology if you think it will help. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical information.

EMPIRE support will acknowledge your request within three business days. We will discuss the help you need and provide an update on next steps; the time required to resolve a technical issue may vary.

If you cannot use a form, quiz, or booking feature, contact us for assistance by email or to arrange a call. You may also request information in an accessible format. We will work with you to identify an effective alternative without an additional charge for accessibility assistance.
