You focus on the business. We turn your leads into clients.

Finally, an Elite Sales Team That Closes Your Ideal Clients Like Clockwork, and Lets You Run the Business, Not the Sales Floor

Selective deployment. Not every business is approved.

Stop being your own sales manager. Let EMPIRE Partners deploy a fully-trained, high-performance sales team inside your business, so you can get back to working on growing the business, not speaking to every prospect.

You didn't start this business to spend your weeks on Zoom

Do it yourself and, eventually, you become the ceiling. Hire a salesperson and you could spend six months on a ramp that goes nowhere. Go external and you hand your leads to people who don't know your brand, don't sell in alignment with your values, and likely don't stick around.

The Special Forces Sales Team is how you get that time back. A small, vetted unit operated entirely by EMPIRE, trained on the way you sell and answerable to us, deployed wherever your sales conversations happen. We ensure your close rates increase, you sign more of your ideal clients and customers, and you win back the two most valuable assets in your business - your time and your energy.

Every rep is trained on your brand and your standard before they ever take a call, so your buyers experience the same care and integrity you'd bring to the conversation yourself.

Selective. Limited. Application required.

Why Most Business Owners Stay Stuck with Broken Sales

The clients we work with know their sales process is leaking revenue, and they know taking calls or running a sales team is taking up too much of their time. The problem is, the traditional fixes rarely offer true solutions. Here’s where most founders look for answers, and why they fall short:

PATH 01

DIY Sales

You know the offer better than anyone, so you stay in the sales seat.

It works at first, then your calendar fills up with prospect calls instead of the high-level strategy work you should be doing.

Client delivery suffers because your attention is split.

You're closing at 9pm and missing family dinners. The business stops growing the day you hit the cap of what you can personally close in a week.

The problem: Your business grows only as fast as one person can sell, which is usually a fraction of what your lead flow could actually produce.

Clients aren’t served fully where your attention and energy are elsewhere.

PATH 02

Hire a Team

You write the job post, run the interviews, train the hire, and wait for them to ramp up.

Three months in, you're usually facing one of three outcomes:

1. They're not converting as well as you.

2. They're closing in a way that doesn't match your brand, or making promises you can’t fulfil.

3. They've already moved on, and you’re left to start the process from scratch once more.

The problem: You’re making a big financial investment in someone else who may or may not stick around.

In the meantime, the qualified leads they mishandle don't come back, and the reputation hit takes months to repair.

PATH 03

You Drop $10k–$20k on a "Closers" Agency

Everything sounds great on paper.

The agency promises to work on a performance basis, with no overheads and no payroll.

The reality is that the closer they assign you was selling supplements last month and SaaS the month before.

The frameworks they use don't match your offer, your buyer, or the way you've built the brand. Your leads sense that something’s off, even if they can’t specifically verbalize it.

The problem: Your close rate stays flat, and some of your best-fit buyers walk because the conversation didn't sound like the brand they trusted.

You don't have a lead problem.

You have a conversion problem.

None of those paths failed because you hired the wrong person or picked the wrong agency. Most probably came highly recommended, and had performed well elsewhere.

But these approaches typically fail because every one of them treats sales as a commodity. Something to do yourself, hire someone for, or outsource to a vendor.

None of those structures were built to perform inside a brand worth protecting.

It’s all well and good talking about better sales tactics and higher-converting scripts, but ultimately, if the sales structure isn’t in place, nothing works.

CATEGORY CREATION

The Sales Team You Don't Have to Build, Train, or Manage. We've already done all three.

The Special Forces Sales Team isn’t an agency, a hiring solution, or a closer you found at a mastermind. It's a small, vetted sales unit operated entirely by EMPIRE, built to perform inside your brand without becoming another thing on your plate.

01

They Know your business before they take the call

The team is small by design. Each rep is dedicated to your business and trained on your offer, your buyer, and your sales standards before they take a single call. By the time they pick up a lead, they sound like someone who's been inside your business for years.

02

Trained to close without pressure

Every rep is trained on our Close Everyone™ mthodology, the same system we developed across decades of high-ticket sales, with hundreds of millions of dollars in tracked revenue.

We categorically will not use pressure tactics, manufactured urgency, or anything else that would make a buyer regret saying yes. We don’t just increase conversions, we get you better clients, who show up excited and ready to do the work, not questioning their decision to invest.

03

Ready to deploy in weeks, not months

The team is already built and already trained. There's no hiring cycle, no job posting, no six-month ramp. Most deployments go live within four weeks of a confirmed fit, and as fast as 7–10 days if your offer is clear and your next event is already on the calendar.

04

Fully managed by eMPIRE

Onboarding, oversight, daily performance, and quality control all sit with us. You don't have to review calls, manage reps, or chase metrics. You get full reports, and simply watch sales come in, while you stay focused on the parts of the business only you can run.

AVAILABILITY

Ready for Deployment?

Unlike high-ticket closing agencies, we only run a small number of active deployments at any given time. That’s because we want to know your business, your customer and your values inside and out. The standard we operate at requires we cap our number of active partners.

Built For The Kind Of Business Where One Event Week Pays For The Rest Of The Year.

Event & Launch

If you use live events or a launch model as your primary marketing conversion tool, this is for you.

If your business runs on live events or product launches, this model is built for you. We know that most of your revenue happens inside a short window, and how well that window converts depends on who's taking the sales conversations while you run the event.

You’ve probably got the rest in place: a solid offer, an event that delivers value, and a room of buyers who paid to be there and are ready to move forward.

What stops them from moving forward is usually one of the following:

  • You're taking calls yourself and your calendar is full

  • The reps you have are untrained, inconsistent, or underperforming

  • You don't have anyone to take the calls at all

Here's how we fix that. And FAST:

STEP 01

Rapid Qualification

We assess the fit between your offer, your buyer, and your environment alongside our processes. If it works, we move forward. If it doesn't, we’ll be fully transparent and let you know.

STEP 02

Deep Immersion

The team gets onboarded directly into your business. We train them on your offer, your buyer, your sales standards, your brand voice - everything. By the end of immersion, every rep knows how to handle the conversations the way you would handle them yourself.

STEP 03

Deployment

We implement live deployment wherever your sales happen: Zoom, phone calls, the event floor, or the launch room. The team shows up prepared, equipped, and operating under our guidance from minute one.

STEP 04

Execution & Oversight

We track performance, call quality, and brand alignment every day of the deployment. You see reports as often as you want them, and you're never the one running the team.

Speed isn't the promise. It's a by-product of preparation.

For clients like Spring Bengtzen, that looked like a fully deployed team in roughly 7–10 days. That's not a guarantee, but it’s what happens when the offer is clear, the event is scheduled, and the process moves without friction.

What that looks like in practice:

You walk into your event focused. You run the room without one part of your brain tracking whether the sales conversations are going the way they should. You don't coach a rep through an objection during the lunch break. You don't take calls between sessions.

You do your job. They do theirs. When the event ends, you sit back and watch sales come in, instead of wondering what got left on the table.

A Year-Round Sales Function, Without The Year-Round Management

If your sales happen across the year, with leads coming in week after week, month after month, and not concentrated into event windows, we have a version of the deployment built for you, too.

The team runs inside your brand year-round, with the same vetting, methodology, and daily oversight you'd get from an event deployment, stretched across your full calendar instead of compressed into a single window.

It's for operators who've already proven the offer, built consistent lead flow, and are done hiring, training, or replacing an internal sales function.

One Event, $180k Cash Collected, $300k Contracted Sales, Zero Calls Taken

Spring Bengtzen
LIVE EVENT DEPLOYMENT

Spring Bengtzen runs a high-ticket coaching business. She had a proven offer and an engaged audience. But making sales after live events was her bottleneck.

We worked with Spring so she could execute at the event, without splitting her focus between running the room and managing the close.

She needed a team that would represent her brand with the same care she would, not a closer who'd push hard and let the chips fall wherever they landed.

Deployment took roughly 7-10 days, and resulted in $180,000 in cash collected, $300,000 in contracted revenue, and the first event ever where Spring was truly able to just be present, and give all her energy to the room, not stressing over the sales.

~$180K

Cash Collected

~$300K

Total Contract Value

One event.

The number matters.

But here's what it actually meant...

  • Spring ran the event without split attention. No halftime coaching sessions with a rep who didn't know how to handle a hard objection. No post-event cleanup on buyers who felt pushed instead of clear.

  • She didn't manage the sales function at all. She delivered — and watched the results come in.

$250M in Sales Across Three Coaching Empires. This Was Built for Founders Like You.

Ryan Lang and Brook Bishop built their careers running sales operations inside Tony Robbins, Brand Builders Group, and Buffini and Company. The cultures they built generated north of $250 million in revenue across service-based offers.

Between them, they've worked alongside every version of this problem:

  • The founder who can't get out of the sales seat

  • The rep who performs for 90 days and disappears

  • The agency that burns through qualified leads and calls it a conversion issue.

They built the Special Forces Sales Team because they'd watched too many good businesses stay smaller than they should have for longer than they had to, because no one had built the sales structure right.

Four Sales Problems, One Simple Solution

We work best with founder-led businesses who have a proven, high-ticket offer ($7,000 and up), buyers who get great results, and who have either consistent lead flow or an event or launch with volume coming.

We can’t fix an offer that's still being defined or manufacture a pipeline that doesn't exist. If that's where you are, this isn't the right next move yet, and we'd rather say so here than at the end of an application.

However if any of these describe your situation, you're probably the right fit:

Problem 1 - You're scaling into events and need a sales presence you can trust in the room.

Problem 2 - You've been the only closer in your business for too long, and you're ready to step out of that seat for good.

Problem 3 - You've hired reps, watched the cycle break, and know there has to be a smarter, more efficient way to scale.

Problem 4 - You're running serious volume and want a team that performs without becoming another thing to manage.

THE STANDARD

We treat your clients and prospects the same way you would treat them.

Every founder who’s handed off sales has the same fear.

The call that went sideways. The buyer who felt pushed. The refund with a note about feeling pressured. It’s not unusual to hear of one 45-minute conversation undoing years of careful brand-building.

That's why the Close Everyone methodology isn't a script.

It’s based on timeless philosophies of connection, reciprocity, and human behavior. The reps we train don’t use manufactured urgency, pressure tactics, and they don't push buyers into decisions they'd regret the next morning.

When the conversation ends, the right people say yes because the decision was clear - investing in your business was genuinely the best move for them.

We don’t just bring you buyers, we bring you lifelong customers who stay, refer, and come back because the sales experience matched the rest of what you've built.

When one of our reps is on the phone with your lead, they're representing you.

They ask the questions you'd ask, listen the way you'd listen, and close - or pass - with the integrity you'd bring to the conversation yourself.

Increase conversion.

Reduce refunds.

Brand integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you actually deploy?

We typically ask for 4 weeks of runway from confirmed fit to live team. However, when your offer is clear, the event is scheduled, and the process moves without friction, it can happen as quickly as 7–10 days. That's based on real deployments. More friction in qualification extends that window.

What does pricing look like?

The structure is a setup fee or retainer plus flat commission. It varies by use case: event versus ongoing, volume, offer size. Full clarity happens post-application, after we've confirmed fit. We don't lead with numbers before we understand what you actually need.

Do I need to have done Close Everyone?

No. Close Everyone is the standard our reps are trained to, not a prerequisite for you. You don't need to know the methodology. Your buyers will experience the benefit of it either way.

My event isn't confirmed yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. Deployment slots fill ahead of schedule. If you have something on the horizon, even without locked dates, being in conversation early is better than scrambling two weeks out.

How many deployments do you take on at once?

A small number, intentionally. This is a precision operation and quality requires it. Not every business that applies will be approved; that’s by design, not circumstance.

What about ongoing support?

Same team, same standard, different structure, built for consistent coverage across your calendar rather than a single deployment. The application covers both, and we’ll determine which model fits during the evaluation call.

For Operators Who Are Done With Being Their Own Sales Floor

Each month you keep doing this yourself, your business grows exactly as fast as you can personally close, which is usually a fraction of what your lead flow could actually produce.

The cost is the revenue you leave on the table every week, and the clients who should be excitedly coming into your business, who aren’t.

When we work together, we make four big shifts happen:

  • Your calendar opens up, because an entire function moved off your plate, giving you more time to work ON the business.

  • You stop being the bottleneck between your offer and the buyers who need it.

  • Your next event ends with record sales, and your brand is even stronger than before. There's no halftime coaching, and no post-event cleanup.

  • The business grows past your personal sales cap for the first time.

The Special Forces Sales Team gives established operators a precision sales function, without the build, the management, or the reputational risk.

This is a selective engagement. We review every application, evaluate fit honestly, and tell you directly - yes or no - before any strategy call. When it's a yes, we move fast from there.

Applications are reviewed and routed to a strategy conversation based on fit. Deployment slots are limited and filled on a rolling basis.

This isn't a roster we're trying to fill…

We cap the number of active deployments because the model is built on staying close to every one of them. We’re talking daily oversight, quality control, brand alignment, and real partnerships.

When a slot opens, the next deployment goes to whoever's the right fit. If your business is one of those, apply.
